(i). Leading the Design dept. (a team of Designers), preparing work schedules, assigning jobs, monitoring the daily works, guiding & driving for the timely results & output,

(ii). Study & understand the Tender drawings & BOQ, suggest the best suitable design, in line with all related parameters like estimation, structural requirement, inventory, production & site installation easiness,

(iii). General design of Aluminium façade systems, complying with architectural & structural aspects & requirements, in line with the project specification,

(iv). Checking & validating the profile dies drawings & samples for final approval prior to extrusion,

(v). Review & preliminary approval of the design related documents & drawings, before official release to the client,

(vi). Discussion and negotiation with the clients,

(vii). Supervise assigned Engineering jobs, designs or developments, co-ordination of works between various other depts. etc.,

(viii). Responsible for arranging & witnessing laboratory tests for Curtain wall and maintaining quality of related products,

(ix). Conduct occasional site inspection to confirm the quality of the design & system and issue approval/NCR report accordingly,

(x). Oversee the electronic record keeping in the Engineering Dept., and ensure all ISO recommended standards & procedures are followed.
