Responsible for scheduling staff in accordance with HBS and UAMS guidelines. Participate in recruitment of staff and on-boarding. Responsible for all training related to process and regulations, related to the payers assigned to the Medicare unit. Responsible for ongoing, remedial and cross-training of all assigned staff. Responsible for monitoring productivity and quality of staff
performance on a weekly basis, using reports developed for this purpose and random sampling. Work with
Associate Director to develop improvement plans, as needed, in accordance with HBS and UAMS policy.
