Assign and Coordinate the development of projects for Capital Expenses with 9 project managers. Work with general contractors and authorities to ensure the successful oversight and completion of the site projects that include but not limited to, Point of sale EMV compliance, outside crind EMV compliance, tank and tank lining replacements, dispenser replacements including environmental upgrades, restroom remodels, concrete and asphalt repair/replacement, LED interior and exterior upgrades and brand imaging/refresh/rebranding. Develop and Maintain CapEx budget tracking spreadsheets with updates to Directors, VPs and Owner for budget in excess of $30M to include Capital Expenses.

Project monthly cash flow for Capital Expenditures for VP and CFO

Review bids by project, assign contracts to vendors in conjunction with DM/RM/VP Mid-Atlantic area to include WV, PA, New York and New England.

Coordinate approval, approve and process invoices for payment verifying billing vs estimates

Coordinate all qualified COOP Funds projects with COOP Manager

Coordinate all Major Projects for Maintenance Department

Coordinate with owner’s representative on personal construction/ conversion/upgrade projects.

Cold call existing independent operator sites and prospective clients.
