Preparation of Bill of Quantities

Studies whole the project documents (drawings & Specification) for the bidding Stage.

Preparing Priced Bill of Quantities in Excel with Equation.

Extraction of Quantities for all structural & architectural works.

Prepare the quantity of materials for supplying project site requirements.

Preparation of payment certificates and billing for sub-contractors and finalizing sub contractor's claims.

Prepare sub-contractor’s bill, checking and certified quantity as per drawing.

Preparation of monthly invoice & dealing with client, consultant.

Prepare the bar bending schedule (BBS) as per the design requirement, to determine appropriate material quantities and cost estimate.

Preparation of daily, weekly& monthly progress reports and updating to the Project Manager using Excel & Word software.

Supervise and inspect construction works and procedure adherent to plans and specifications base on contract.

Assist the Project Manager in establishment and maintaining project schedule.

Coordinate with the consultant regarding the “for construction “plans and details as well as the revised one and disseminate the same to the concerned engineers.

Prepare measurement / calculation sheet.

Ensure the quality of the materials used for construction.

Supervision and Quality of structure &architecture works as per drawing & specifications & ensure no rework.

Verification of Invoices of Sub Contractors for payment.

Verify & approval of supplier’s payment bill.

Evaluate supplier/sub-contractor quotations & prepare quotation comparisons.

Doing frequently studies and reference on the other project cases to solve any problems occur in the field of work.

Conducting the tender site visits and obtaining the relevant information for the tender. Arranging and review of the subcontractor's quotations at the tender stage.

Verification & approval of Purchase Requisitions with respect to budget. Co-ordinating with site mgmt. for the clarity and purpose of materials mentioned in purchase requisitions.

Supervision of structural site works, including formwork, coupler system, rebar steel work, post tension works, precast cladding works, concreting,finishes & asphalt works.

Checking and approving of shop drawings, bar-bending schedules and materials.

Preparation of working / shop drawings, site sketches / details, bar bending schedules.

Checking quality of works and issuing site notes.

Checking of progress reports submitted by Contractor’s and preparing for submittal to Client.

Coordinating with project and site engineers and inspectors.
