Daily rejection review for control the rejections & Maintain the rejection PPM with in the target,

Handling and Clearing of NC parts as per SOP

Monitoring SPC for critical characteristics

Process & Product Audit

Conducting the PQCS Audit

Daily updating the FTR.

Customer complaint corrective actions monitoring.

Final inspection of Press parts & Fabricated parts

New part development .

To involve in improvement activities like Kaizens, Pokayoke.

Checking welding strength in universal testing machine.

Reduced Press shop rejection from 1500 ppm to 400 ppm in one year.

Reduced customer complaints from 3-4 numbers per month to 1 number.

Implemented pokayokes for repeated customer complaints & process improvements.
