Follow up with paper works to maintain a track of all approvals and inspections, in order to ensure smooth transitions between various stages of work.

Checking the site for discrepancies and rectifying to meet approved drawings. Execution and completion of works on site with high standards.
Negotiating and appointing various sub contractors.
Coordinating among various sub contractors to have smooth, efficient works.
Checking the quantities of the materials used and checking the cost impact on a regular basis.
Checking sub contractor invoices and certifying payments.
Handover of the project, after completion of QCDD & other relevant inspections.

This project was successfully handed over to the client. This tower is owned by the Centara group. It has 3 basement levels, Podium (G+2+3+3M), Apartments (Floors 4 to 40) and Penthouse Suites (Floors 41 & 42). I was in charge for the podium and penthouse suites. Our scope included wall finishes, Floor finishes, lighting details and design & installation of joinery for the entire tower. 2. Name: Al Shahad Tower
