As a Planning Engineer, I have Performed following Major Tasks: Planning:

• Prepare the Resource & Cost loaded Baseline Program, based on scope of work. Monitoring & Controlling:

• Update the Baseline Schedule on Weekly basis and Analyze the Project Progress.

• Analyze the Actual Progress against the Plan and if required Change the Sequence of Work and maintain the Change log.

• Highlight Project Manager if any Slippage in Project Completion Date and give the list of Critical Activities Delaying the Project End Date.

• Discuss the Critical issues of the Site with Project Manager & with Site Operation Team in Weekly Progress Meetings.

• Prepare Look Ahead Schedules, S Curves, and KPIs for Engineering and Construction Activities.

• Maintain the Logs for Delay Events, Engineer’s Instruction & Variation Order to Track the Delay Events & to Prepare the EOT Claims.

• Present Recovery Plans to Mitigate the Delays and follow it up with the Site Team and Subcontractors to Achieve the Agreed Targets.

• Prepare Progress Tracking sheet for Major Trades of the Project.

• Prepare and Send Delay Notification Letter to Sub-Contractors & Client.

• Measure the Productivities and Prepare reports for Forecast completion date of the Project based on Productivity rate on site.

• Site walk with Client’s representative and Inform him about the Progress on Site. Management & Client Reports:

• Prepare & Present the Project progress Presentation in Client & Management meetings.

• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for Client Submission.

• Prepare Delay events reports using Time Impact Analysis method for Additional work and notify the client and submit the EOT Claims.

• Present Recovery Plans to mitigate the delays and follow it up with the Subcontractors.

• Prepare and present a Dashboard for Management meeting covering KPI’s for all the engineering and construction activities. Sub-Contractor Management:

• Review and Formally Approve the Subcontractor’s Baseline schedule.

• Review Subcontractor’s Updated Schedule and Check the Actual Progress with Master project schedule.

• Prepare and Send Notice of Delay Letters to Sub-contractors, in case Subcontractor is delaying the project. THESIS WORK

Thesis work was done on “Study of Construction Disputes & its Resolution through Arbitration for Ahmedabad city of Gujarat state of India” during Post graduation.

Prepared a project on “Application & Comparison of different Formwork system used within Indian Construction Industry” during graduation.
