I serve as the Map Support Division Supervisor at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Distribution Operations, and Map Support Office (MSO) that is physically located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. I am the Signing official approval on the 1901 forms. I certify lines items on the invoice match the amount certified for payments. Ensure transactions on the Billing Official statements are reallocated to other accounting classification if necessary, prior to actual certification. Timely within 6 business days of billing cycle certification of GPC statements and submission for payments to maximize rebates, and avoid prompt payment fees. Take appropriate actions to prevent submission of duplicate invoices. Retain certified billing statement and supporting documentation for six years and 3 months. Advice the Budget Officer on deficiencies, surpluses and shortages.
