The administrator of the Executive offices including Public Relations work: Press kits - Publicly available information about the company, its Mission, Vision, and Values as well as key contacts.

White papers - Executive Summaries of pertinent articles for the consumption of the Executive team. Provided all relevant information in a single page. Biographies - Wrote, proofread and edited the company's history, biographies on the owners from years past and the current leadership team.

Media releases - When Tepperman's expanded or conducted a significant community involvement event, I wrote the media releases to attract the attention of reporters from various local news outlets. Radio scripts - As the company created radio commercials for the sake of advertising sales and special promotions, I was often asked to write or review scripts for voice consistency, timing, and cadence. Social media - When the company launched its new website which included e-commerce, I wrote and edited entire sections of the content - including community involvement and sustainability pieces. I was also the point of contact for customers with questions and issues concerning their online experience.

E-newsletters - Wrote/published internal newsletters staff consumption. Topics ranged from life cycle events, community involvement, sustainability, and important news. Grants applications - Drafted, edited, submitted, and awarded several sustainability grant applications. Awards applications - Wrote, edited and submitted successful applications for several industry awards. Product descriptions - Internally, the company considered this "Romance Copy". It involved enticing readers to come into the store and become customers. Privacy charter & policies - With the requirements of PIPEDA and CASL, I consulted with lawyers on the company's behalf to create the necessary privacy charter, privacy policy, and other required policies that surround the topic.
