Property Manager for Brighton Place Apartments. Consisted of 360 apartment units. Hired and trained all employees for various positions. In charge of operating a multimillion dollar budget for the property. Handled all leases, move in and move outs. Made sure that our property was at the required 96% occupied at all times. Organized a plan for landscaping during each season and implemented the work accordingly. Managed and maintained a complete remodel of all units and club house in a 12 month period of time.
