Monitor and resolve the Incidents using Service now tool raised by Users in SLA.

Handle major Escalation & ensure speedy resolution.

Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Network printer and Scanner.

Configure and troubleshoot Monitor the McAfee Antivirus and update the latest bundle or definition to the client using patch script in daily basis.

Install Safe boot in client machines and manage it through safe boot console.

Support Environmental applications in domains regarding password and user ID related issues.

Co-ordinate with respective team for critical issues and escalates the incidents to next level team and tries to resolve within SLA if needed.

Configuring and troubleshooting of Cisco VPN client and work from home application.

OS installation and maintenance through RIS, Configuring the Blackberry and MAC devices for mail access.
