2018 – Current Zuzumusa Refrigeration (Onsite at Richards Bay Minerals) I am currently employed as the Administrative Assistant for the Zuzumusa Onsite office at Richards Bay Minerals.

In Brief:

My responsibilities are for all administrative and clerical duties around the office to allow for smooth running of daily duties which pertain to the servicing and maintenance of all Air-conditioning units onsite at RBM. Duties:

- Effectively keeping time of all technicians onsite and liaising with RBM these times to allow for affective and controlled timekeeping of hours worked onsite.

- Replying to emails and any queries from both onsite client as well as our sister office.

- Making sure that all monthly payments as well as invoice payments are handed over for payment by the client.

- Maintaining the daily filing and general upkeep of all office documentation.

- Doing Quotations as requested by the client on a daily basis.

I worked as an Administration Clerk for Pie City in Richards Bay. In Brief:

My responsibilities included administrative and basic bookkeeping functions which included Payroll as well as minor HR responsibilities. Duties include:

Effectively communicating and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers including franchise suppliers and head office.

Accurate and timely inputting and capturing of sales figures and franchise figures on FMS System.

Accurate and timely inputting and capturing of Customer and Supplier Invoices on Pastel.
