I have 9 years 10 months experience in Quality Control Department.

Presently working as a Quality Control Sr. Executive (E4) in Aurobindo PharmaLTD, Formulations Unit-VII Pole pally SEZ Jadcherla from May-2015” to till Date.

Previously worked as a Quality Control Sr. Executive in MSN LABORATORIES PVT. LTD, Hyderabad from sept-2009” to April-2015.

To follow on review all specifications, STPs,GTPs and any other document authorized to approve in absence of section incharge .

TO ensure availability of all required chemicals, columns and any other miscellaneous itemsfor analysis and their indenting for procurement.

To allot samples to executives for analysis in LIMS, providing reprints in cases like test reallocations, PNC and OOS investigations.

Review of Analytical documents and ensuring that analysis is done as per STP.

Reporting of Analytical data to Sr Manager for approval and analysis of samples (API) and its documentation as per GLP requirements through Caliber LIMS when ever required.

Initiation and closure of PNC investigations & trouble Shooting of HPLC analytical errors.

Reporting of OOS and OOT results investigations summary for AQA Review.

To recive Retest requests, code to code transfers for Raw materials by ensuring the requirements.

To maintain analytical log records by online verification and attending GLP, GDP training sessions periodically.

To Review the HPLC analysis data by electronic signoff level 2 in Empower software

HPLC (Waters alliance e2695 with 2998 PDA detector, RI detector and with 2489 UV

detector with Empower3 software).

HPLC (Shimadzu LC 2010 CHT with LC solution and Lab solution software).

FTIR spectrophotometer [PERKIN ELMER – SPECTRUM TWO]

Particle Size Analyzer [MALVERN-MASTER SIZER2000].

UV-Visible Spectrophotometer (Shimadzu, UV-1800).
