I was responsible for Maintenance & Planning & Development for my department and achieve the quality for maintenance to meet the standard for the roads.
I am responsible for one complete district called Al Montazaha in Alexandria and supervise the contractors to make the roads as before digging in all electrical projects.
I was arranging for the required reports to my manager and make a contact with the other ministries like Traffic & water& gas and with governor in the district.
I was Providing Opportunities for Training and Development of New Employees under my Direction and Assess Their Progress, This Includes On-The-Job Training and Paper Work Delegation.
