Using the Defence Systematic Approach to Training JSP22 (DSAT), created a blended learning set of courses utilising instructor led presentations incorporating 3d animations and practical simulator-based lessons. Modules covering Mission System, Radar System and Link-16 Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS), Cyber Security and Mission Planning. BAE identified the need to capture and justify technical and non-technical training requirements as part of a multi-billion £ bid for the Type 26 Frigate. Engaged to develop a solution, designed a Training Requirement Capture Database and interfaced with multiple stakeholders to capture total training requirements across 400 role competency frameworks against 500 systems in all states of operation. Identified the training gaps and leveraged extant training content. Succeeded in accurately capturing the scope to populate the project cost model at a significantly lower cost than the initial top-down estimate; ensuring a justifiable, accurate and successful bid.
