Using the Defence Systematic Approach to Training JSP22 (DSAT), created a blended learning set of courses utilising instructor led presentations incorporating 3d animations and practical simulator-based lessons. Engaged to develop a solution, designed a Training Requirement Capture Database and interfaced with multiple stakeholders to capture total training requirements across 400 role competency frameworks against 500 systems in all states of operation. Identified the training gaps and leveraged extant training content. Succeeded in accurately capturing the scope to populate the project cost model at a significantly lower cost than the initial top-down estimate; ensuring a justifiable, accurate and successful bid.
