• Improve tooling processes and related issues by taking a pro-active lead in the Continuous Improvement Activities
• Lead individuals and team meetings when implementing engineering changes, improvements, and major repairs.
• Provide Tool and Die support, troubleshooting and engineering changes and corrective actions.
• Support Tool and Die departments with root cause analysis and repair plans.
• Communicate with contractors and shops for outside repairs.
• Develop and maintain mold drawing library.
• Maintain current knowledge of tool and die industry technology and advances.
