Solutions Programmer Analyst
1.Project - Leave of Absence: Development of a web application for Human Resources department which tracks the short-term and long-term Employee Leaves into the system. This tool enables the field HR representative to document their actions and conversations with Employees and facilitates custom reports.
2.Project – Online Talent Review (Website and Reporting): I developed this web application for Human Resources department which lets Employees enter their own Assessment details for Biography, Mobility, Development Actions, Performance (Strengths and Opportunities) and enables the HR department to look at various reports.
Responsibilities:
Gathered business requirements and translated them to IS solutions. Organized meetings with stakeholders in the requirements gathering process. Created the Functional Specifications Document and Technical Specifications Document for the Project.

Project 1 – WAY (Where Are You): It is an Employee tracking and absence planner web application. It is used by more than 20,000 users globally.
Responsibilities:
Created web services using C# that interacts with external application to provide functionality related to employee absence. It uses security token before providing any data to the calling program. Created test plans to facilitate bug free application before release to Uat.
Added new Traveling global locations in SQL Server. Automation of adding Global Public Holidays into the application by creating automated scripts in SQL Server.
