Job Responsibilities:

HR Operations and Talent Acquistion

Design and document all the HR policies and procedures, implement revisions, taking new initiatives with innovations for the benefit of the company’s growth.

Assist in Pre-Joining Formalities which includes designing the CTC Structure for the New Entrants, Reference Checks and Issuing Offer Letters.

Managing the Offer process including salary recommendations & negotiations, compensation structuring, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines.

Handling Post Joining Formalities - Responsible for complete on-boarding of new entrants like orientation, generating mail account etc.

Conducting various Employee Engagement activities like employee of the Month programs, Friday fun, Birthday celebration, festival celebrations, quiz, indoor/outdoor games, team building activities etc. on regular basis etc.

Generating and issuing letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, salary letters and employment contracts.

Weekly Monitoring and maintaining the attendance of Employees on the basis of data received from the Biometric Machine.

Handling Separation Mechanism & providing the inputs based on Exit Interview to management in view of strengthening the system.

Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.

Handling Employee Relation - escalated Employee Concerns and Grievances, resolving conflicts.

Conducting timely Performance Appraisals. Designed and enhanced the performance management system (PMS) as a driver and enabler for building a performance driven developmental culture.

Bridged the Relationship and act as strong mediator between Senior Management and the employees/ department.

Resource planning:

Employee Engagement
