Built and manage an engineering staff of five employees responsible for performing completion and stimulation designs and production enhancement studies for this $52M MS monitoring / reservoir characterization and engineering firm.

Ensured customer (internal and external) satisfaction. Supervise engineers working in client offices. Provide technical support to Houston sales team and in line with the Sigma Cubed Inc. standards of service, quality and in compliance with all relevant legal and HSE requirements.

Started and managed all facets of this boutique consulting firm.

Developed new business and provided services. Focused on designing/3-D modeling of hydraulic fracturing stimulation jobs on oil and gas wells, as well as supervising the jobs to ensure top quality. In one representative engagement, consulted for Calyx Energy in the Woodford Shale and Mississippi Limestone formations. Calyx has since been purchased by American Energy Woodford, LLC.

International Engineering Advisor/Tulsa Sales Manager

2009 to 2013

During last 18 months, worked on attaining international contracts in Argentina, Brazil, China and Saudi Arabia. Prepared and delivered many technical presentations. FTS is a $1.5B international engineering/sales firm serving the oil and gas industry.

During first three years as Tulsa Sales Manager cold called on clients to establish future contracts to supply fracturing services. Conducted presentations and wrote many proposals and reports.

Opened a new market. FTS wanted to expand into the international market. Part of the team that courted Saudi Aramco for their future hydraulic fracturing work. Made many visits to Saudi Arabia, gave technical presentations. Helped establish FTS’ presence.

Developed employees and customers. Built training program for ten Saudi Aramco engineers to design stimulation jobs in unconventional reservoirs.

Provided excellent customer service. Managed key accounts including Williams, Petrohawk, Samson, Newfield, Questar, Petroquest, St. Mary’s and others.

Eurenergy is an investment firm and oil and gas field operator/developer of unconventional plays. This private concern is the energy division of the public company, Prime Income Asset Management. Assets included reserves in the Barnett Shale, Dallas, the Fayetteville Shale of Arkansas, oil and gas fields in both W. Virginia and Ohio and shale reserves in England, Wales and France as well as coalbed methane rights in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities included budgeting and forecasting revenue streams, hiring staff, selling underutilized assets as well as asset identification to grow workover program designs and supervision of two-person staff in Reston, WV.

VP of Operations

Flint Energy Services, Inc.

2006 to 2008

Responsible for project quotes, all HSE issues, P&L and budgeting for the pipelines and stations of this $420M oil and gas midstream company. Led a team of 2,600 employees. Services provided included pipeline installation, pumping station assembly, drilling location dirt work plus gas processing equipment manufacturing and servicing. Clients: British Petroleum, Exxon, EOG, Encana, DCP, Samson, Enterprise, OneOK, NGC and Atlas Engineering

Drove growth. Grew special projects from $10M in 2007 to projected $51M in 2008 while simultaneously reducing total recorded incidents from 1.83 in 2006 to 1.52 in 2007 over 7 million man-hours of work.

Halliburton Energy Services

Haliburton Energy Services is a $14B oil and gas upstream company with 90,000 employees worldwide.

Recruited as an Engineer-in-Training upon graduation from college. Progressed through numerous promotions in Engineering, Product Management, HR, Sales and Service. Highlights

HR Senior Manager of Learning & Development (2003 to 2006). Recruited future engineering talent at US universities. Built alliances with technical schools and universities. Devised and implemented new engineering training program via Technical Excellence Centers worldwide. Led 15 professional and support personnel.

Modernized and streamlined training. To support rapid business growth, developed and staffed a competency-based program that leveraged distance learning, computer-based training and mentoring. Recruited, trained and graduated 350+ field engineers. Expanded the program to non-technical college graduates and other Halliburton product service lines.

Supported growth and change. Created standardized HRD strategies for all U.S. and Canada employee development. Consulted with each location to determine current and future staffing demands, strategic business plan and HRD needs so as to integrate regional and country plans.

Technology Leader, Stimulation/Cementing (2000 to 2003). Led a team with accountability for hiring, staffing levels, budgeting, salary administration and career development. Collaborated in the decision making processes regarding contract acquisition and execution. Helped recruit 350 plus graduate engineers.

Business Development/Integrated Solutions/Country Manager of Colombia (1996 to 2000). Directed all aspects of Colombian operations with 500+ employees.

Led a turnaround. Colombia was the lowest-performing Latin American country. Immediately interviewed 500+ employees to establish priorities for improvement and built a business case for reinvestment. Upgraded equipment and facilities. Established new customer contracts. Grew annual revenue from $23M to $54M in three years with the highest profit margins of any Halliburton country in Latin America.

Latin America Regional Product Line Manager for Stimulation (1994 to 1996). Accountable for growing not only Latin America, but the entire product service line which was stimulation. Traveled extensively and gave many presentations to internal and external customers. Directed 800+ employees. Managed a capital budget of $80M. Grew revenue from $87M to $117M.

Regional Technical Advisor for Latin America (1994). Disseminated technical information for the stimulation product service line. Conducted technical presentations for customers.

Senior Global Stimulation Advisor (1993 to 1994). Formulated business plan for the stimulation product service line. Assisted with global budgeting and manufacturing prioritization to introduce "Best Practices" among various regional advisors.

International Technical Advisor (1989 to1993). Pursued project inquiries, developed recommendations and estimates, wrote proposals, negotiated contract terms and conditions. Served as point of contact with operating companies in the US (Conoco, Exxon, Red Adair, etc.) and Halliburton affiliated districts worldwide.
