Oversee and provide direction for major security and facilities related projects and physical security technologies. The reduction of 1260 findings in 2006 to 520 findings in 2013 reflected the improved safety culture.
Oversee over 200 ergonomic evaluations annually to help lessen muscle fatigue, increase productivity and reduce the number and severity of work-related musculoskeletal disorders.
Monitor all medical reports for work-related injuries and the employees’ feedback on the contracted clinic. Developed and deployed coordinated strategies that resulted in the medical and lost time cost reduced to $1,919 per case in 2014 compared to $9,123 per case in 2013.
Advise senior management on all EH&S matters including: Employee injury trend analysis; workers compensation case status; fire safety and loss prevention requirements for all 43 buildings; and emergency response and business continuity planning.
