Key Member of executive management team responsible for successful turnaround of two merged troubled banks (believe to be first in modern US Banking history). Responsible for all Credit, Loan Administration, Loan Operations, Appraisal, Loan Portfolio Risk and Special Assets-management functions. Primary responsibility for all loan/portfolio related turn-around efforts of a troubled institution and an affiliate (both under Consent Orders) which were merged and returned to good standing with sound asset quality and profitability.
