SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Over 10 years of Gulf experience and more than 5 years of local experience in the field of Inspection for visual welding, piping, mechanical materials, document control and other QA/QC related activities. Started working as a Quality Controller at the age of 19 in the Food Industry and since then had worked as a Quality Controller in different Industries like Manufacturing, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Fabrication and Construction Working in the fabrication and erection of piping components and steel structures for Power plants, Refineries, Petrochemical plants and other process-related facility. Well organize in the preparation of final Quality documentation and test packages. Involved in quality audit conducted by client and other third party auditors from ISO 9001 for review and recertification. Preparing final documentation that will be submitted to client handover. Ensures construction activities are performed in accordance with project specification and inspection and test plan. Conduct visual inspection of all completed welds. Inspect material received. Maintain and review welder’s qualification records and equipment calibration records. Check qualified welders, type size and conditions of electrodes and process used as per WPS. Check and verify installation of static, rotary equipment and steel structures. Coordinate with the key personnel involved in the project, pertaining to quality matters. Kept the records of all project relevant documents and reports. Initiate in raising nonconformance reports in case any nonconformity or deviation arises. Prepares and verifies quality control documents and test packages for final handover to the owner. Prepares for hydro test and pneumatic test for the test packages. Reporting to QA/QC Manager and to the lead/senior QA/QC.

Projects : Doha Metro Rail Project (Gold Line Underground Project) Project Description – The Doha Metro Gold Line, also known as the Historic Line, is designed to support the underground transportation system in Central Doha, Qatar. More specifically, the Line extends from Ras Bu Abboud Station in the east (near Hamad International Airport), crosses Musheireb Major Station and reaches Sport City in the west (near Aspire Zone). The Gold Line comprises of 10 stations, namely Ras Bu Abboud, Qatar National Museum, Souq Waqif, Bin Mahmoud, Al Sadd, Joaan, Al Sudan, Al Waab, Sport City and Al Aziziyah. The overall Doha Metro Gold Line route length is estimated at about 32 km. The Gold Line 'Design & Build' (D&B) Contract was assigned by Qatar Rail to the ALYSJ Joint Venture, which is led by AKTOR and includes L&T, Yapi Merkezi, STFA and Al Jaber Engineering’s participation. AMEM scope is to complete the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works which includes a wide range of activities such as erection of steel structures and pipe racks, installation of machineries, equipment and pumps, piping activities including GRP works, installations of panels, cable tray and support, terminations works including cable pulling and inspections. Project : Domestic Solid Waste Management Centre (DSWMC) Project Description – Domestic Solid Waste Management Center (DSWMC) situated in Doha South is the first integrated solid waste treatment facility in the Middle East designed to treat an initial capacity of more than 1,550 tons of waste a day. The DSWMC comprise of waste sorting and recycling facilities, landfill, composting plant and a 1,000 tons per day Waste-to-Energy (WTE) incineration plant. AMEM scope is full mechanical erection of the plant including three heaters, danodrums and other equipment’s, steel structures, piping etc) and the electrical and instrumentation supply and installation.
