Role & Responsibility:

As a training manager for Rajasthan leading a team of 38 ASMs & 319 TSEs for sales professionals, implementation of business plans for 120 distributors by Samsung way of working, rolling out & executing training calendars, enhancing soft skills in the hard nut sand sessions for email etiquettes to back office team, ensuring highest quality standards in delivering of all programs.

Responsibilities Handling

Ensuring the 100% WOD coverage & stock coverage by the TSE

Reviewing the distributor(MDD) financials & business performance like investment & ROI & manpower & infra manning

Ensuring 100% SCR (Stock commitment ratio) is maintained by MDD that also SKU wise

Driving distribution agenda of facilitating retail footprint up to town 6C (Population Wise)

Driving Vistaar day project on every Tuesday in which each TSE has to open at least 2 new WOD

Managing the TSE W.O.W to ensure that targets are always achieved MOM

Building capability interventions around the same

Weekly review of ZSM / ASM on KPI achievements

Ensuring that the business hygiene is maintained

Ensuring that the count of TSEs / TLs should be as per norms

Facilitating quarterly business reviews of MDD (Market Development Distributor)

Analyzing the MDD market outstanding Vs norms

Training Head for Gionee Smartphones – Raj / M.P / C.G / Guj. [July 14 – Apr 17]

Role & Responsibility:

As a training head for 4 states leading a team of 7 trainers to train 3000 sales professionals, implementation of business plans, rolling out & executing training calendars, enhancing soft skills in the hard nutsand sessions for email etiquettes to back office team, ensuring highest quality standards in delivering of all programs.

Responsibilities Held

To head the sales training vertical to analyze the training needs of 4 states and to plan and measure implementation of Training Initiatives for the sales function month on month
