PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS/ MANAGEMENT*

*Alpha Care 2003-2005--Responsible for all day to day activities of Branch. All patient Care activities. All physician contact. Supervised one employee (Home Care Coordinator). Maintained all patient records and on-call duties. Maintained and recorded all equipment. Responsible for all sales contact responsibilities and Marketing for company.

* Regional VP-Respiratory Consultants-LTD. 1999-2001-- Responsible for all daily activities of Per Diem/Travel Staff and all Travel Per Diem staffing issues. Was responsible for 35 FTE's. Corrected all DME staffing and equipment issues. Responded to/assisted with all state and federal billing and inspections.

* Manager-Respiratory Consultants-LTD. 1997-1999-- Responsible for all daily activities of department. Managed 15 FTE's. Managed all patient care activities given by department, including code blues, trauma activations etc. Maintained acid-base blood gas lab. Held roles in Quality Assurance, and functioned as Safety Officer. Drafted and maintained policy and procedure. Other duties included all Cardio-vascular work such as Holter monitoring, treadmill and pharmacological stress testing. Responsible for all DME Equipment and patient DME records.

* Respiratory Therapist Manager-Golden Care Medical Services 1995-1997-- Managed all Cardio-pulmonary duties assigned by medical staff. Responsible for 5 FTE's -managing all day to day activities of respiratory staff at two facilities. Ensured all necessary education/training of respiratory staff. Responsible for all equipment and records. Responsible for all medical billing. Other duties included acid base lab, quality assurance, and state/federal reporting.

SUMMARY

Skills/Licensure: I am familiar with most modes of cardiopulmonary care. I am experienced with most brands of ventilators, bi-pap/c-pap machines, and acid-base blood gas labs. Have cardiology experience performing stress testing using holter monitors. EEG and EKG's. Have experience in the Home Health area of cardiopulmonary care as well.
