BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER 2:

To perform day to day maintenance on all equipment that associated the involvement of building operations. Also have the manager skills to supervise multiple work crews, including but not limited to Event Support, Housekeeping. Change Over Crews, and Larimer County Work Crews.

ENGINEERING:

Supervise Subcontractors to ensure that Health and Compliance codes were met. File and document all job requests, log all written and electronic work orders for compliant documentation. Fill out and enter required work orders for all jobs that were performed.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR:

Operate and Maintain all equipment that pertain to the current job. Equipment operated (Scissor Lifts, JLG Booms, Front-end Loaders, Roller Packers, Sheep foot Packers, Skid loaders, ect.) a detailed list of equipment can be presented upon request. Knowledge and training in OSHA standards for construction and oilfield safe practices. Lead Field Supervisor for shift crews.

Crew Lead: Ensure the safety points of all aspects of current jobsite conditions to work crew in

morning safety meetings.

Operate various equipment that each jobsite consist of completing all aspects and tasks. Example of equipment operated: Excavator, Frontend Loader, Sheepsfoot Roller, Steel drum Roller,

Mini-excavator, Skidsteer, JLG Booms, Backhoe, Grading Tractor, Scrapers, 4,000 gal. water truck, 17 cubic yrd dump truck, all equipment range from Volvo, Caterpillar, John Deere, Kubota, Bobcat and Kamatsu.

Fill out and submit daily’s, read, understand and revise project layouts and blueprints. Communicate clearly with customers and project managers, engineers, and inspectors.
