Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for 4700+ Labors and 310 Staffs checking the time sheet and overtime allowance.

Ensure that all the monthly time cards are received from the project sites. Check the time cards to ensure that the employee numbers are correct.

End to end processing of (monthly) payroll(s).

Responsible for the payroll data arrangements such as timesheets, OT sheets, earnings, deductions of employees, loans to be deducted on employees salary.

Check and add the employees Allocation (Projects, Department) and cross Check with Cost codes.

Payroll orientation of newly hired employees.

On-going maintenance of payroll system and updating payroll records.

Liaising with staff and Management on payroll related queries.

Overtime booking in the system and Monthly report preparation to see the financial impact.

Maintaining Annual leave, Sick Leave, Admin Leave and all other leaves.

Coordinates with the accounts department with regards to payroll payment and final settlements.

Preparing and verifying WPS file including error validation prior to sending to accounts department.

Manage the printing and distribution of payroll payslips.

Calculation of End of Service Benefits (EOSB) and Gratuity.

Pro-rata Calculations for Air Fare, Annual Leave and other Benefits

Calculate and add Salary revisions for staff and labor compiled for the month into the payroll)

Assisting Payroll Manager with month end consolidation.

Calculating annual leave provisions/accruals.

Responsible for arranging Air Tickets of employees. Liaise promptly with approved Travel agent to purchase Tickets at best available rate. Ensure that refunds are collected for cancelled Tickets.

Responds to staff’s query in relation to salary and other benefits.

Ensures accurate entry and update of the employees personal and employment information into the payroll system.

Update of system on Monthly basis for New Joined Employees and Separated Employees.

Prepares all required reports pertaining to the monthly payroll such as master lists, airfare, new joiners, leavers and benefits (Education-Mobile-Accommodation- Transportation)

Generating candidate's offer letters, Salary Increments or Promotion as per company polices.

Maintaining HR system by adding up new joiners and delete leavers, employees, transfers, promotions and salary adjustment as per Company policies.

Cheque Preparation for payroll related request, Company expenses and Suppliers payments.

Workers & Staff Bank Account Applications & Updating Missing RP’s in the bank.

Arranging the pay card facilities for the labor category staffs.

Releasing of ATM to new hires.
