Before going independent as a freelancer, I am an HR Practitioner for 6 years in a big retail company in Philippines. A Human Resource generalist. I have background in recruitment and selection, benefits and compensation administration, timekeeping and payroll, employee relations, training and development. Since college, while I am exposed to different areas in human resources I am interested and love making training designs. My love for training designs and research also helped me while I was working in a retail company. I was able to make my own training design about Timekeeping and conducted it to our employees. The objective of the training was to lessen the absenteeism rate and minimize timekeeping violations. I was able to share also my research about effective recruitment strategy and received a commendation from our Senior Assistant Vice President for HR. :) I am also exposed to setting up a store especially HR department, as in from scratch.
