It has many companies under its umbrella and I started my career from July-2015 in Amara Raja Batteries Limited as Quality & Production Engineer. At present working in Tubular battery division heading Formation, Finishing, Dispatch and Customer Support

Implemented quality standards & structured processes, internal control plans for manufacturing operations of equipment and machines as well as standard products ensuring accomplishment of business goals

Preparing PPAP documents, Control plan, Flow Charts, Work Instructions, PSW’s, FMEA’s and Interacting with suppliers for quality feedback on product changes

Led critical supplier quality issues for timely resolution and monitored the effectiveness of incoming quality control system by implementing receiving inspection

RCA(Root Cause Analysis) for non-conforming product and reported corrective action back to the customer and provided over 125 8D reports to multiple customers and initiated 11 corrective actions

Generated monthly reports, experienced with SAP quality notifications, managed process deviations and active participation in daily review meet

Participated in multiple internal audits and external supplier audits for the purpose of improving both internal and supplier processes

Monitoring & Ensuring the Cp, Cpk & Control charts to ensure that the process is in control
