Project Details : New Orbital Highway & Truck Route - Contract -3 (Ashghal Project) JOB PROFILE:-
Responsible to ensure the dissemination of records as per their status and requirement through the engineering transmittals generated by EDMS to the Client, Consultant, Project Departments and Subcontractors.
Coordinate with project team members for the preparation of all technical submissions and ensure that all submissions are submitted in timely manner with appropriate action and approval/rejections if any, are formally will be recorded and managed in Document Control Centre.

Responsible to maintain high confidential project documents related to Project Management Plan (PMP), correspondence, engineering documents including externally generated document such as specifications, manuals, calculations, shop drawings, As-built and testing & commissioning documents.
Responsible to maintain proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving, removal of obsolete documents in compliance with quality system requirement & supervise activities of technical documents.
