All drawings details and specifications are required to be neatly hung on the drawing rack in orderly fashion that is easy for all management to use and understand

All very latest drawing register must be neatly displayed on a notice board close to the drawing rack

Ensure that only the latest drawing are kept on site

Receive latest drawing registers on a weekly basis

All drawings issued to sub contractor must be written in a transmittal book and a copy filed on site

Familiarise all the drawings, details and specifications

To think ahead of the building process and to create lists on an ongoing basis of information that is required for inclusion in the RFI schedule submitted to the professionals

Specifically in terms of the quality of slabs, packing of slab is done in accordance with the very latest drawings from super slab, ensure that slab is level prior to casting and that all flying shutters and other shutters are in the correct place

Push all trades on site and to ensure that we remain on programme should we fall behind programme to ensure necessary efforts are put in order to catch up the programme
