I have completed tasks such as assisting patients in personal hygiene and activities of daily living, administering of medications, take and record vital signs, assist patient with mobility problems, making occupied and unoccupied bed, also I have provided care and comfort for patients by reassurance.
I am committed to assist patients to ensure that they are provided with the best care. I have developed strong skills and expertise in working with patients with various needs. As an organized and diligent individual, I am confident that my educational background, good team spirit and care giving skills makes me an ideal candidate for this position.
