CAREER OBJECTIVE:
To obtain the highest level of satisfaction in quality work of Insulation Industry by ensuring the client satisfaction through implementation of approved Method Statement, ITP, applicable project specification and industry standards. Ensure the execution of Quality work by co-ordination with client and management for release, drawings, Materials and inspections.
SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:
Above 10 years of experience with regards to insulation application in the field of inspection and supervision and also 5 years’ experience in mechanical and maintenance providing positive encouragement based on required progress and quality by the client. Testing & inspecting the work and invite the client’s Inspectors for quality and conformation of the work with respect to the approved specification and drawings. Implementation of the client approved Project Quality plan and the Inspection & Test Plan. Record the executed work from a QA/QC point of view. Supervising and coordinating activities of foremen and workers.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN CONSTRUCTION & QA/QC
Preparing and reviewing the method statement, work procedures, quality plan, of cold & hot insulation of vessels/piping/structural steel/Equipment as per specification.
Material receiving inspection of the insulation material, ensure material storage and material test certificates are in accordance with project requirement.
Ensure the correct construction drawings and materials are in place prior to start of work.
Maintain quality records, Inspection checklist etc. as required by the plan.
Involve in raising the NCR if any activity not comply with the project specification.
Interacting with client and sub contractor to maintain the quality. Page 3 of 3
Witnessing the weather proofing activities.
Final visual inspection with the client for completed work.
Liaise with subcontractor to provide sufficient manpower and equipment resource.
Supervising and coordinating activities of the workers engaged in applying insulating material to the exposed surfaces of the equipment such as boilers, vessels, exchangers, air ducts or pipes.
Compiling production and worker performance reports. Supervisory personnel.
Reporting daily activities and construction progress to section manager.
Ensure work progress is in line with the approved project schedule. Providing proper working environment during the duty period.
Material arrangement as required for the work front.
To Coordinate Manpower for the day work plan.
Analyzing and maintaining the working progress and submitting to the concerned person.
Coordinate and Co-operate with the Foreman and Lead man, to eliminate any problems both professional and personal of over all workers.
To work as Quality Inspectors in the insulation field with main objective to deliver always the defect free product to the client.
Arrange the joint inspection with client inspectors for quality and acceptance.
To implement and arrange in action the Zero Defect Policy.
