• Reviewed and inspected surface preparation at all stages which included prior to blasting after the blasting and including test for soluble iron, soluble chlorides test and mill scale and between each application of coating in malty coat painting system.

• Conducted timely inspection of weather conditions, materials, paint mixing ratio etc. made it in accordance to the manufactures technical data sheet and instruction and performed stage wise inspection as per approved drawings.

• Steered efforts for ensuring that correct coating thickness is attained to measure WFT during application and DFT is measured once the coating is sufficiently dried.

• Oversaw that all essential raw materials especially coating was stored correctly and used in batches within the manufacture recommended shell life

• Spearheaded by monitoring the progress of work and conducted weekly meetings with clients to sort out issues.

• Administered the usage, Dew point calculator/Table, low and high voltage holiday tester, surface profile gauge, profile comparators, needle pressure gauge, magnetic DFT gauge etc...

• Monitored the pipe supports, steel structures damaged coatings; inspected the coating works as indicated the coating works as indicated on the approved inspection test plans and specifications.

• Addressed dry film thickness gauge Holy day Detector were properly calibrated; ensured that compressed air was free from oil and moisture.

• Directed the design defects such as steel surface defects, lamination, indentations, fabrication defect such as imperfect weld. Rough welds, etc. round of all edges and sharp corners grinding finishes of weld spatters.

• Analyzed the climatic conditions before hand during surface preparations and paint applications

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY (PAINTING)

• Preparing Method of statement, Painting procedure, Quality Inspection and Test Plan, Safety Plan, HSE risk hazards analysis etc

• Review job specification

• Following Data sheet for the paints/coatings, quality plans, job specification, procedures, plant drawing, site plans, Duty of care Document, Relevant local regulations

• Monitoring and inspections of Surface preparation at all stages which includes prior to blasting after the blasting and including test for soluble iron salts, soluble chlorides test and mill scale and between each application of coating in malty coat painting system

• Timely inspection of weather conditions, paint materials inspection, paint mixing ratio etc.. shall be accordance to the manufactures technical data sheet and instruction

• Conversant with all Non Destructive/Destructive Inspection instruments

• Stage wise inspection as per approved drawings.

• To ensure that correct coating thickness is attained to measure WFT is during application and DFT is measured once the coating is sufficiently dried

• Usage of inspection equipments such as Whirling Hygrometer, Steel temperature Gauge, Dew Point calculator, relative humidity calculator/Table, Low and High voltage Holiday tester, Surface profile gauge, profile comparators, Needle pressure gauge, Magnetic DFT gauge etc

• Maintain and preparation of QC documentation such as instruments calibration certificates, Material data sheets, Technical data sheets, QC reports etc

• According to Isometric and P&ID drawing as per in the Test pack to check the damaged coating and field welded joints are properly coated as per specification

• Follow up and clearance of all coating related punch list items

• To check the pipe supports, steel structures damaged coatings completed carried out

• Witness and inspection of coating works as indicated on the approved inspection Test Plans and Specifications

• To ensure Dry film thickness gauge, Holy day detector are properly calibrated

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY (GALVANIZING)

• Responsible for the overall plant operations and supervisesover80 plus employee. A few of my duties include invoicing, ordering, developing frond usage for expenditure of supplies, staffing of personnel and controlling Costas and inventory. In charge of complying with OSHA/ISO standards and oversees the acid recovery facilities and maintenance.

• Support and leadership to employees operated all equipment though out manufacturing process to back fill maintains and enforced a safe and clean working environment at all times and facility monthly safety meeting with entire staff

• Coordinate preventive maintenance on existing and new production equipment including routine calibration established and adjusted work procedures to meet production schedules improved efficiency and productivity by eliminating waste and production contains

• Preparing Method of statement, Insulation procedure, quality inspection and test plan, review of specification

• Responsible for all insulation activities and surface finishing to the appropriate codes, compiling reports, punch list and approvals

• Responsible for inspection and supervisions of all insulation jobs

• Monitoring and inspection of surface preparation prior to insulation

• Responsible for insulation performed and of the correct size, all voids filled and sealed with water proofing materials

• Monitoring progress of work, weekly meeting with client to sort out issues.
