(ii)Working since September, 2006 to February, 2007 as a Assistant Store Keeper at their project Bajaj Hindustan Sugar Mill Limited Gonda (U.P.) .Project cost 130 crores.

(iii)Working since February, 2007 to Nov 2007 as a Assistant Store Keeper at their project, NTPC, Dadri 490 X 2 MW (U.P.). Project cost 225 crores.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY STORE:-

Checking and maintaining all store documents as per ISO standard like:-

Fully computerized environment by using ERP, Farvision, Oracle, IPMS, Tally Software. Review of Store function (GRN, ISSUE, DPR/ERP feeding Status) of sites on daily basis

Checking inward gate pass, outward gate pass, MRR, Issue slip, Inward report, out ward report, Debit and Credit notes, Stock ledgers on daily wages.

Quantity and Quality checking of materials as per PO or specification (site).

Checking proper stacking of shuttering material and other building material also. Checking Machinery condition, scrap and surplus materials.

Received Client free supply materials like - Cement, TMT, Tor Steel, Structural Steel etc.

Conduct quarterly survey of Raw Material for running projects if required.

Coordination with HO & Accounts for released timely payment of Raw Material & local supplier.

Verify the Stock Report, All type Reconciliation & submit in accounts.

Timely approval of sale of scarp material and write off unserviceable material for all site.

Monitoring of central store function like-received all material from new purchase material for sites and timely dispatch to site and maintain shuttering /scaffolding & machinery workshop for repair on daily basis.

Daily routine work= DPR, Bill verification (make, model, rate,), Make MRN, DMR, DMIR, Debit note, ledger writing, contractor material record (issued & received).

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

(i)B.Com. from C.C.S. University Meerut in 2002 with 2nd division.

(ii)12th passed from U.P. Board Allahabad in 1999 with 2nd division.

(iii)10th passed from U.P. Board Allahabad in 1997 with 2nd division.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

1.Diploma in Material Management from IIMT New Delhi.

2.One year course of Computer Application.
