Supervise, monitor and ensuring effective of scope of Services with Handling, Transportation, maintenance of SWI, RO & STP plants and waste management with LG Contractors.

Logistics support to Drilling, WWO and IP within scope of contract.

Monitors and ensures work permits (PTW) conditions as per island DAWP and ADNOC offshore procedure.

Works in accordance with HSE standards, such as verification of truck load capacity, packing strapping/lashing of materials.

Ensures that riggers with ergonomic facilities and PPE provision support the operations.

Verifies proper packing, labeling, confirming that goods are itemized and ensuring the exact quantity of goods received as well as rectifying shortage, damage and overage reports.

Arranges and prepares all received materials for technical inspection by the concerned material engineer and obtains acceptance/rejection reports.

Segregates and ensures repacking and proper marking of the accepted materials with the help of the riggers.

Prepares consignment notes with relevant attachments, forwards these to sea freight section and keeps materials ready but accessible and traceable for sea freight collection.

Ensures loose lifting equipment-containers, cargo baskets (Materials & Gas) and chemical tank skids pass safe working load test twice a year certified and color coded. Also ensures loose gear accessories (shackles, slings, belts and ropes) are periodically attended for visual inspection

Ensures that gas cylinders contain proper caps, be free from corrosive effects and are provided with hydrostatic certificate, indicating cylinder serial numbers and provision of updated product purity certificate.

Ensures that supply of drums with hazardous toxic/nontoxic chemicals, oil and lubricants contain proper lead and sealed tight to avoid leakage of hazardous content. Ensures that these products & hazardous oil treating chemical tank skids are forwarded by sea freight on priority level or JIT (just in time).

Ensures special treatment/handling of hazardous radioactive isotopes, identifies such material, considers distance and time towards handling the object, obtains (MSDS) material safety data documents, checks proper radioactive labels, ensures that packing and shipment are handled properly.

Maintains records of back charge works of certain contractual/service materials and keeps them highlighted, and forwards them to sea freight and supply team.
