My passion is to prepare exotic Indian dishes. I have strong knowledge Indian, cuisine Tandoori kebab, Gravy, and breads, soups, sauces entrée, vegetable, roast including Grill items. I have gained extensive knowledge and principles, and good knowledge of herbs, spices, and flavoring.



I have abilities to lead in all areas of kitchen including buffets, production, restaurant and main kitchen. I have the ability to handle latest kitchen equipments and tools.
