The role includes all activities of work allocation, people management and QC.

It deals with the Preparation of course

It contains the preparation of content for the courses at different levels.

The Audio and Video editing and synchronisation need to be done.

The graphics required are prepared and synchronised with the Content.

2)TOPIC: “Preparation of Different Manuals for various Rolling Stock Variants”

Different Manuals prepared for Hyundai Rotem are:

Technical Manual, Operators Manual, Maintenance Manual

Spare Parts Catalogue, Special Tools and Equipment

It deals with the Preparation of technical manuals for rolling stock by collecting the inputs, studying and analyzing the data that needs to be prepared and incorporated in different manuals.

Reading the drawing and analyzing the models supplied for clear understanding of the assemblies and subassemblies.

Considering the Line Replaceable Units in preparing Spare Parts Catalogue.

Exploding the 3D models and taking the view of line diagrams and the part views where the clear and specific details are required.

Some views are also taken from the PDF drawing available in the vector format.

Working, allocating the work to team, to train them and perform the QC of the work that they have executed were also the part of the responsibility.

Involved in project planning, scheduling of the different manuals.

3)TOPIC: “Preparation of Different Manuals for various Rolling Stock Variants”

Different Manuals prepared for Bombardier Transportation are:

Maintenance Manual, Operators Manual, Training Material, IPC

It deals with the Preparation of technical manuals for various trams and EMUs by collecting the inputs from production unit, PDM database and 3D models.

The main challenging part of the work is having continuous discussions with the technical department, maintenance engineers and quality at various stages of the installation and assembling of the train.

Studying and discussing the test procedures, Overhaul procedures and safety precautions that need to be followed while commissioning the tram and understanding the operation of the tram.

Considering the Line Replaceable parts in preparing Illustrated Parts Catalogue.

Taking the photo graphs of each and every stage of INSTALLATION, ASSEMBLING, REPAIR, TESTING, OPERATIONAL MODES etc and processing them and presenting them in the manual wherever required.

Apart from working the task was to allocate the work to team, train them and perform the QC of the work that they have executed.

Project planning, time scheduling of the different manuals and for different products.

4)TOPIC: “Preparation of Different Manuals for RNS unit (Remote Notification System)”

Different Manuals prepared for Thermofisher freezers are:

User Manual., Servicing Manual.

It deals with the Preparation of technical manuals for various configurations of RNS units by collecting the inputs from R&D department.

The main challenging part of the work is having continuous discussions with the technical department, production department and Service engineers at various stages of the installation and testing of the machine.

Viewing the test procedures and methodology that needs to be followed while installing the machine and understanding the operation of the machine.

5)TOPIC: “Preparation of Different Manuals for various Fluoroscopy and Radiography machines”

Different Manuals prepared for Philips Medical are:

User Manual, Installation and Servicing Manual, Packaging and Labeling Manual

It deals with the Preparation of technical manuals for various machines by collecting the inputs from various departments.

The main challenging part of the work is having continuous discussions with the technical department, production department and quality at various stages of the installation and assembling of the machine.

The Philips has different products been manufactured in different locations so travelling and collecting the information of the machines and understanding the user view point and his safety.

Working in parallel with the field engineers at various client locations and collecting the installation and servicing problem data. Collecting the information of their solutions. Even the preventive maintenance actions points are considered and taken note of for incorporation in the manuals.

Considering the FRUs data and detailed replacement procedures of all the FRus to assist the service engineers.

Taking the photo graphs of each and every stage of INSTALLATION, ASSEMBLING, REPAIR, TESTING, OPERATIONAL MODES etc and processing them and presenting them in the manual wherever required.

Discussing with the packing department and understanding the standards of packing, methods used and material used for both international and domestic orders.

Exploding the 3D models and taking the view of line diagrams and the part views where the clear and specific details are required.

Apart from working the task was to send the work to offshore, train them and perform the QC of the work that they have executed.

Project planning, time scheduling of the different manuals and for different products.

6)TOPIC: “Preparation of illustrations for Installation Guides”

It deals with the Preparation of Illustrations for the installation and Removal procedure of all the Aircraft Seats and Suits in a detailed way from the start to the end of the LOPA (Layout of Passenger Arrangement).

Here we follow a special procedure of instruction of installing all the components of the seats and suite in an order so that the installation of all the electrical and other subcomponents will be facilitated.

Here though the subcomponent is similar in all the suites (E.g.: Bed Surround) we give detailed illustration for all the suites individually.

7)TOPIC: “Creation of CMM’s for Seat and Suites of Different aircrafts”

Creation of Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM’s) using Adobe Framemaker 8.0.Creation of Test procedures and Test reports for aerospace components using source data and industry standards. Convert hard/soft copy of Legacy manuals into structure documents using Adobe Framemaker 8.0.Update manuals in line with supplied source data (Revisions, Modifications, and Validation Comments).Knowledge of iSpec 2200, ATA 100, AECMA 1000D (S1000D) Standards.

Creation of Exploded views using the models in UNIGRAPICS and converting them to (CGM) Computer Generated Metagraphics and preparing illustrations using ISODRAW conformance to the industry standards.

Responsible for maintaining the work status and production status of the Assemblies and subassemblies.

Finally responsible for doing Quality Check of the output and sending Models for approval of the client and for work delegation & control and responsible for doing quality checks before delivering to client.

8)TOPIC: “Creation of User manuals for Special Purpose Machines as a freelancer”

It deals with working with the designing team and R&D team to understand the machine, each and every station its working and sensors associated to all the stations.

Taking photographs of all stations, sensors and handling methods.

Considering the safety requirements and discussing with the production team all the possible hazards and mentioning them in the manual.

Studying the 3D model of the machine. Creating Exploded views where required.

It also deals with collection of spares information and replaceable parts information and including it into the manual.

9)TOPIC: “Creation & Modification of CATALOGUE SEQUENCE NUMBER”

Guiding the team and training the people forCreation of Catalogue Sequence Numbers for Illustrated Parts Catalogue of A320, A330, and A340 Aircraft’s in 53 chapters and 25 chapters on online CADABAS TP-2 (Civil Aircraft Database System Technical Publication – 2) System provided by the client.

Responsible for maintaining the work status and the production status of IPC.

Finally Responsible for doing Quality Check of the output and sending Illustration orders for newly created CSN & updating DAMASTH TP2 for IPC work preparation& control and responsible for doing quality checks before delivering to client.

10)TOPIC: “Conversion of User manuals of Heavy Machines to Frame Maker and Creating the ILLUSTRATIONS”

It deals with the Preparation of ILLUSTRATIONS of the heavy machinery and converting the existing User Manual from PDF to Frame Maker and finally giving the output in PDF format. The Illustrations are given In AutoCAD and Tech Illustrator format.

11)TOPIC: “Preparation Maintenance Schedules for Airlines”

It deals with the Preparation of Maintenance Schedules as per the Flight hours as per the inputs we receive and for preparing we use a special software tool named as MAJA, where in which we enter all the details of what all the things to be done for a technician to refer during Maintenance Schedules.

12) TOPIC: “Creation & Modification of CATALOGUE SEQUENCE NUMBER”

Creation of Catalogue Sequence Numbers for Illustrated Parts Catalogue of A320, A330, and A340 Aircraft’s in 53 chapters and 25 chapters on online CADABAS TP-2 (Civil Aircraft Database System Technical Publication – 2) System provided by the client. Incorporation of Service Bulletin into IPC’s of A330, A340 aircraft’s using different modules in the CADABAS system. Responsible for Creating Revision in Illustrated Parts Catalogue of A320, A330 and A340 for Chapter 53 and Chapter 25 as per the work inputs.

Finally Responsible for sending Illustration orders for newly created

CSN & updating DAMASTH TP2 for IPC work preparation& control and responsible for doing quality checks before delivering to client
