To finish the job and to cut cost, I became the on-site coordinator for the purpose of running the job’s day-to-day operation. Also facillated the negotiation for the rest of the subs so they would finish the job.

Corp Engineer Mud Mountain Dam- because of the time and weather the job time line was reduce by 40% still under budget, included pile driving, dewatering, and structural concrete

FT Lewis Value engineered to cut 30% of the budget for pre-negotiation, headed up design team, 1.4 M

McCord AFB. Squad Opns. Bldg., $2.9 million, 2 SOG buildings & 4 buildings remodeled at the same time.

Avionics Bldg, $2.6 million on time & under budget, new building addition and complete remodel

VA Hospital Re-engineered customer designed build to reduce the budget to meet congressional mandate $1.6 M

1996 to 1998 Project Manager: for G.E. Capital, user Boeing. Three modular office spaces, estimated 4.9 million

Wrote Q.C. plan, safety plan, estimated and negotiated change orders for a 137,000 sf two story building

Wrote Hazmat plan: supervision of installation, then removal of 31,200 s.f. Of temporary office space.

1996 Delivery Order Manager MCC Construction Corp. for the Navy, estimated 9.3 million:

Work-site visit to determine delivery order proposal for phase 1, risk assessment & environmental engineering

Producing construction drawings, estimating, negotiating, purchasing, and setting construction budgeting

Subcontractor coordination by supervision, tracking, problem resolution, and lean releases for progress payment

All jobs were completed on time & under budget by cutting the sub. Labor cost and passing it on to the general

To cut cost rented heavy equipment to put in underground; Re-engineered site plan reducing the storm drain sys.

$2 million road project that included $900,000 of structural piling and lagging to support road

Re-engineering electrical service going from stair to open delta adding a high pod cutting 20% construction cost

Taking client implementation and design changes straight to production to local manufactured to reduce lead time

Certifying all documents including as-builts for city engineers & signed as engineer of record

1987To 1989 Continental-Heller - Project Engineer sixteen story mix used office building with subterranean parking

Layout and transfer control points. Assisted structural, civil and hydrologist engineer in day to day reporting and carrying out design criteria of dewatering and determine means and method in getting the building out of the ground.

This was 30 feet below Sacramento River ordinary high water mark, making it very difficult during construction

Dewatered for nine months with sheet piling for shoring and saved 240K re-engineering in structural load redesign.

1985 to 1986 Condeal Construction- Park Suite Hotel -Project Engineer San Luis Obispo, CA estimated 6.7 million

Responsible for all lay out of all control points and acting with on site PLS required by city for fast track program.
