Leading the office service team (67 staff) to provide high standard of service to all Qatargas employee.

Responsible for overall Housekeeping and Pantry service at all company facilities; ensuring appropriate hygiene standard and best practice are followed.

Monitor all landscaping maintenance to all office building.

Monitor the office building maintenance issues non-plant area in coordination with maintenance team.

Supervising all office movements & relocation activities take place in Qatargas premises. And responsible to monitor and update the office staking plan.

Administrate the company mail service activities in all company location

Maintain inventories of furniture’s, materials, equipment’s, parts, commissary, stationary, consumable supplies and updated the records in order to identify the shortages.

Supervising & leading the club recreation team, coordinating and administrating the recreational activities and event such as tournaments, lessons, classes and booking of the three clubs located at Al Khor Community and a Beach Club & Golf Club in Ras Laffan. Manage the three Gyms located ate Al khor Community Clubs and this including:

-Recruiting, training and supervising the gym team (10 instructors).

-organize and deliver an appropriate range of fitness activities and programmers such like aerobics, Zumba, circuit training, CrossFit….

- maintain and upgrade the Gym equipment’s to ensure it is compliance with health and safety standard.

Coordinate with the Head of clubs and recreation to allocate budget for recreation section use and provide input to annual operation budget.
