o Study and Estimation of Fracture Parameters of Composite Laminates with Delamination using Linear Elastic Fracture Mechanics Techniques. (July 2018 to May 2019)

A Finite Element Study was performed on a Standard Double Cantilever Beam specimen and Plate specimen made up of CFRP and GFRP materials in the presence of delamination and were analyzed using VCCT and CZM techniques available in ABAQUS standard software.

The response of the Multiple Delaminated Cantilever Beam specimen was examined made up of CFRP using the Finite Element Techniques.

o Soil Structure Interaction of a RC Frame Building with Fixed and Flexible Base Conditions (2017)

The project focused on assessment of seismic response of a RC frame building considering the effects of Soil Structure Interaction, using ETABS2016. The response of the building with fixed and flexible base founded in hard and soft soil is obtained.

The response of the building situated in various zones were determined and a comparison of responses, such as Storey shears and Maximum storey displacement of the building model with fixed and flexible base were performed.
