- Internship (clerkship) program in Gastroenterology and Vascular surgery from Hillrod Sygheus, Copenhagen, Denmark in April 2005.

- Internship in May 2006 in all major medical and surgical departments in Fr. Muller Medical College, Mangalore.

- Medical Officer (Tutor of Surgery) in the department of neurosurgery in Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Kochi from July 2006 to Feburary 2007.

- Registrar, trained and worked in Charlotte Maxeke Hospital (Johannesburg General Hospital) and Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, Johannesburg from 2007 to 2012 ( largest hospital in Southern Hemisphere and 3rd largest in the world )

- Consultant, Employed in Tshepong / Klersdorp Hospital complex since 2013, which caters neurosurgical services to the North West province OF South Africa. I was heading the neurosurgery department and running of the services alone in 2013.

- Completed AOSpine Fellowship at the Groote Schuur Hospital, with Prof. Robert Dunn, University of Cape Town in 2015

- Completed EANS Neurooncology Observership at Evangelismos Hospital, Athens, Greece with Prof. George Stranjalis at the National and Kapodistrian Univesity of Athens Medical School, month June in 2017

- Completed Travel Skullbase fellowship in Mount Sinai hospital, New York with Prof. Constantinos Hadjipanayis, February 2018, Mount Sinai Icahn School of medicine
