WORK EXPERIENCE
Registering all incoming and outgoing correspondence like engineering documents, Sub-Contractor/ vendor documents, technical queries etc. through Document Management System as per company’s procedures; responsible for Document flow management, document distribution and document control during Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) stages; Preparation of Transmittals etc. for Sub-contractors; Maintaining Document Distribution Log, expediting overdue report (feedback) etc.
Registering document flow to and from clients, sub-contractors and the project office; Maintaining Requisitions and Purchase Orders; maintaining Audit Registers/Invitation of Tender Register (ITR), Inter Discipline Check (IDC); handling a variety of document control/data administration work; maintaining Master Document Registers (MDRs) and working manuals etc.
