Vice President of Operations 2013-2017, TMS is an international provider of on-site, long term, industrial steel mill services for steelmakers around the world. Responsible for all aspects of a group of sites operating within a geographic region, including the company’s sole commercial scrap recycling yard in West Mifflin, PA. Duties included contract administration and customer satisfaction, overall group profit and loss, and oversite of each sites key metrics including safety, staffing, and site performance. Annual gross revenues more than $150M, annual net revenues more than $50M.

General Manager 2012-2013, Promoted to be Project Manager of a site start-up for Outokumpu Stainless in Mobile, AL. Phase one duties included coordination of site design, specification of mobile equipment, and installation of all in-ground assets including the dump station, maintenance shop and offices, lancing baghouse, and slag processing plant. Total project capital outlay exceeded $25M. Phase two duties included hiring and training of all initial team members necessary to fulfill contractual obligations of a 100+ team member job-site.

Site Superintendent Vallourec Star Steel 2006-2011. Manage the current metal and slag recovery operations at the Youngstown site including melt shop and scrap yard services, intra-mill transportation of all finished and semi-finished products via rail and transporter, and slag processing and sales.
