Responsible for transmitting project documents for submission to the PMC.

Update all logs, linking all the documents much easier to archive to anyone to open, incoming correspondence, outgoing correspondence, drawings, materials, general transmittals, request for infromation, method statements, request for inspection and approval (RFIA) and other related works.

Receiving,storing,controlling and prividing all correspondecnce with curruent directives such as the response from the consultants comments,out going correspondence,material submittals for consultants approval of shop drawings and material submittals,method statements,RFI,NCR and any related document controller scope of work.

Responsibilities

receiving and controlling of documents such as the response from the consultants,submittals for contractor as built drawings,updating logs to the registry.

Update all logs for material logs,NCR’s,engineer’s constructions.

Record keeping of received and sent letters to the various consultants and other contractors.

To maintain proper records for all documents whether inside or outside the company.

Maintain electronic registers for letters, quatations, RFI, NCR, Transmittals, submittals, method statements,drawings and safety & quality related documents.

Prepare log and distribute all outgoing transmittals,receive log and distribute all incoming transmittals maintain central filling of all project documentation.

Document distribution by transmittal system as per document distribution matrix for hard and electronic document transfer.

Scan and store the approved shop drawings in the database so that the project teacm can access.

Ensure the correct stamping all documents or drawings in accordance with the prevailing document control procedures.

Receive,record,log,scan and distribute all project documents,shop drawings and other submittals.

Coordination with the construction team for the matters or issues related with the RFIT S status.

Coordination with consultants and sub-consultants and engineers related to the construction documents.

Checking and sending emails day to day.

Maintains and manages all important documents either for a particular project or whole organization and assures that it is easily accessible and stored.

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
