Job Duties:

1. Monitor project correspondences and documents to identify matters of contractual significance and events giving rise to additional time and cost impacts. 2. Issuing notices to client/subcontractors in accordance with contract requirements. 3. Valuation of completed works and process payment application to clients. 4. Client: Saudi Aramco-Total Oil Refinery and Petrochemicals (SATORP) Project Management Consultant (PMC): Tecnicas Reunidas The $9.6bn SATORP refinery is being built by Saudi Aramco and Total in Jubail.The new refinery will treat 400,000 barrels a day of heavy crude oil to produce diesel and jet fuel. It will produce 700,000t of paraxylene, 140,000t of benzene and 200,000t propylene annually. Job Duties:

1. Quantity Surveying

Piping quantity estimation of underground & above ground piping.

The completion of quantity estimation by the insulation of piping & insulation of mechanical equipment.

Piping painting quantity estimation of underground & aboveground piping.

The completion of quantity estimation by the structural steel.

Gathered this information into a single logical spreadsheet formatted to meet the client’s requirements.
