Provide technical solution for critical issues especially machinery related (MCMS, F&G, ) and others Instrumentation.

Review of detailed engineering documents like P&IDs, Specification, data sheet, control philosophy, Cause & Effect diagrams, Process control diagrams, Package vendor drawings, Instrument Index, Cable Schedules, Connection List, DCS /ESD, PLC documents like IO list/ allocation and Marshaling wiring diagrams etc..

Provide Support to project engineers on Instrumentation engineering matters. Review instrumentation aspects of package unit supplier s drawings.

Assist Instrument Designers with the preparation of instrumentation drawings.

Evaluate Technical bid evaluation for new spares; provide recommendation and strategy on future obsolete spares.

Provide support to Turnaround Planning Dept. for Scope development and critical job identification, Cost Estimation and Budgeting.

Review Project Proposals and Detailed Designs packages for new facilities. Ensure quality, cost effective and reliable solutions to any upgrade.

Review technical deliverables to ensure solutions to plant issues is in compliance with Engineering standards, reliability and safety requirements.

Conduct design change study based on Management of change procedure, conduct investigation on plant instrument related issue (RCA) and prepare final report

J3 Refinery project LLDPE plant Instrumentation Installation &Commissioning as per standards and best oil & Gas industry instrumentation practices.

MCMS,F & G and FF Devices Installation and checking Work.Necessary correnspondance with different vendor regarding Field Instrument Reliability Issues,Devlop New Maintenace Procedure for Increase Life or reliability of Instruments.

Responsible for installation & commissioning, Maintenance, according to standard norms for entire filed instrumentation of DHDT plant including package units & control systems. Worked in both ISBL & Expansion units of Refinery.

Involved in Installation and configuration of Yokogawa DCS (Centum VP),ESD, F & G ( Prosafe-Rs ) systems of Yokogawa DCS/PLC, foundation field bus System, PRM & Installation and powering up of Control panel cabinets of DCS/ESD & F&G.
