Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To prepare sending request Sea/Air freight quotation (Ex Works, FOB, C&F or CIF) to our Network Freight Forwarding agent as requested by our Group of companies and clients; 2. Once the Network Freight Forwarding Agent response the rate freight quotation, I will prepare the costing, selling and profit;

3. Submit send the selling freight rates to our client, once they will confirmed the selling freight rates, I will advise the Network Freight Forwarder to proceed the booking of cargo; 4. Once the booking of cargo had been done, I will continue to monitor day by day until the cargo arrived at port of destination, until the cargo delivered and received by the consignee; 5. Received and check the original or copies of commercial and shipping documents hand-over by clients or Group of companies such as Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Master/ House Bill of lading and other documents required by the concerns government agency or Ministry Office;

6. Prepare approximate cost on Customs Clearance expenses, Customs Duty & Legalization, Shipping and port charges; Transportation and other charges to indicate on Pro Forma Invoice and send email to clients;

7. Advice our messenger to collect the Delivery Order at shipping line and submit it to our Customs Clearance agent together with other commercial and shipping documents; 8. Ensure to monitor the status of the shipment from collection of Delivery order, preparation of Customs Clearance formalities / Bayan made by Customs clearing Agent, Port Inspection, Customs Inspection, loading on the truck until the cargo cleared at Customs custody, and delivered, received and off loaded at the consignee off-loading site; 9. To inform and update daily status report of shipment to consignee or representative through email or phone;

10. To reply all the inquiries, clarification of clients or group of companies regarding the freight, customs clearance, transportation, required documents and other logistics services through sending email or phone calls;

11. After the cargo received by consignee, I prepare the financial final costing, selling, and gross profit shipment to be approved by our General Manager and submit to our account department.

In-charge of Personal Cargo Door to Door services from Doha Qatar to Philippines: 1. To do Marketing and Sales by doing of distribution of flyers, meetings, visiting company offices, special events and meetings with group of organization; 2. To received calls and email inquiries and clarification of rates and services; 3. To pick-up personal cargo to our clients;

4. To prepare documents required by co-loader ( Packing list or Manifest) 5. To inform clients the daily status of personal cargo from collection, departure, arrival till the cargo delivered and received by the consignee;

6. Prepare the financial costing, selling and profit and approved by General Manager, and submit to our Account department.

12. Handling the importation of goods on supply chain management of all AL Obeidly Group of Companies, and importation of goods and other clients 13. Monitor and check the tracking through online system, email or phone the estimated time of arrival of cargo;

Duties and responsibilities:

1. To received and check the original commercial & shipping documents hand-over by our clients such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, House/Master Bill of Lading and other documents required by General Authority of Customs and other Government Agencies; 2. Compute the approximate cost of Customs Duty & Legalization Charges, Port Charges, Shipping Charges, Customs Clearance Charges, Transportation and other charges to indicate on Pro Forma Invoice and send email to our clients;

3. Prepare the approximate cost on customs clearance charges, transportation, port and shipping charges as requested by our local clients and Freight Forwarder Network Agent; 4. To check and monitor tracking system the Estimated Cargo Arriva or calls or sent e-mail at Shipping Lines Office if Sea Cargo or Qatar Aviation if Air Cargo 5. Hand-over the original commercial & shipping documents to our Customs Clearing Agent (Mukalas) enable to prepare on finalizing the Customs Declaration in the Customs Single Window System

(Hukoomi);

6. To checked on Customs Single Window System (Hukoomi) if the Bayan finalized made by our clearing agent;

7. Monitor the details of customs clearance (Sea, Air,& Land) of cargoes, process by our Customs clearing agent (Mukalas);

8. Monitor the withdrawal of cargoes from Port (Sea, Air & Land ) until the cargo received by the customer; 9. To facilitate Consultancy and inquiries on Import/Export Cargoes on the services of customs clearance, international cargo freight forwarding, transportation services, and other related logistics services. 10. To prepare import/export cargo quotation as requested by our customers, and foreign and local cargo freight forwarding through the reply of e-mail;

11. To request the schedule of loading of Export cargo, and departure of Vessel at Shipping Lines company; 12. To prepare the draft of Master Bill of Lading and House Bill Lading of export cargo, and other shipping documents as required by the offices of Qatar Authority Customs, Shipping Lines and other government agency;
