Manager Engineering & BD: E&M

Total Coordination for the business development and stores.

Sales and Service of the Material handling equipments & Spares.

Sales and Service of the Man lifts and material lifts including scissor lifts & Spares. Manager Technical Administration MEP F:

Managing the entire facility with all technical matters and administration related protocol.

Asset Management, including maintaining of registers in ERP and movement control and tracking including stores and vendor management.

Entire facility takeover and up keeping of all critical systems with respect to the service level agreement for the business continuity plans.

All AMC related matters for the heavy equipment's installed and the rate contract finalization with necessary agreement with both the parties. Involved in Planning, scheduling, coordination and execution of all project related works civil, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting and electrical etc.

Involved in HSE activities like statutory clearances, reports for water and Electricity, green initiatives, conducting earth hours to reduce energy etc. Industrial, Software building, Apartment and Commercial projects maintenance :

Liaison and discussion with all local authorities like K.S.E.B, Kinesco,Kinfra, Electrical Inspectorate, PWD, Fire and Rescue, Pollution control board, Explosive authorities & Single window clearance from Info park etc..

Discussion and co ordination with Consultant / PMC / and all vendors /contractors team for the preliminary design discussion and order finalization including material requirement planning, project planning kick off meeting etc.

Feasibility study of specification, design drawings and to make necessary comments/suggestions for cost saving and early completion initiatives.

Conducting weekly and monthly review meeting with all stakeholders related to the projects.

Total monitoring for assessment of the campus /project progress.

Coordinating the management review meeting and daily, weekly and monthly updating to senior management /Managing Director regarding the progress of the projects.

Tender evaluation and comparison, of bids, Data sheet, Specification and order finalization of the projects with respect to the Vender review and evaluation report prepared.

Market survey and need for professional help.

Random inspection and checking of measurements with respect to the measurement sheet submitted by 3
