Overseeing Smooth Implementation of Policies & Procedures.

MIS report on HR activities.

Analyzing deptt-wise manpower inventory.

Coordinate training & development activities in the plant including productivity, in-house training & maintain training records as per TS/ISO specification.

Handling the administration of performance management programmes in the organization, including periodic performance reviews and appraisals for employees.

To keep check over absenteeism & labour turnover.

Supervision of Time Office activities & statutory compliances as enacted under various labour Laws as well as maintenance of records & returns etc.

Ensure harmonious industrial relations, disciplinary proceedings, grievances handling.

Administrative matters such as Security, Canteen, Transport, Housekeeping, Staff/Worker accommodation, Guest House.

Liaison with the Statutory Bodies such as Labour Department, Employment Exchange, ESIC & Provident Fund.
