Company Profile: Jindal Steel and Power ltd have 1 X 693 m3 and 1 X 1600 m3 Blast Furnace, Erected at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. It also had Bell less Top Charging Systems, and Stoves for Blast Preheating and cast house and Hot Metal used for SMS.

a.Consistently analysing Raw Material Analysis and Moisture Analysis as well as taking corrective measures, whenever required.

b.Ensuring proper burden distribution by maintaining the burden permeability and gas utilization

c.Effectively worked in blow-down process for brick re-lining and Gunning & Runner maintenance & Shot crating.

d.Predict best chemistry of hot metal (Especially for Silicon and Sulphur) before lab analysis so that i can take proper action without making delay.

e.Close monitoring in all important parameters like Blast volume, Hot blast Temperature, Slag and Metal Chemistry, Refractory cooling temperatures, Permeability, Heat Flux, Tuyere cooler, RDI of Sinter, CRI and CSR of Coke, TI and AI of Sinter Product

2. Previous Employer - TATA Metaliks ltd Khargapur West Bengal joined here on 9th of Nov 2016 and last day was 19th March 2019.

Company Profile: Tata Metaliks have 1 X 350m3 and 1 X 320m3 Blast Furnace, Erected at Samraipur, Kharagpur,West Bengal. It also had Bell less Top Charging Systems, and Stoves for Blast Preheating and cast house and Hot Metal used for Ductile Iron Pipes. Mostly Foundry grade maintaining here, but sometimes basic grade too.

a.Working as a Asst. Shift In charge and looking after Cast House and Furnace Parameters.

b.Manpower Management in different areas and handling around 30 manpower’s.

c.Maintaining the quality of hot metal within the specified range; ensuring optimisation of hot metal cost.

Working in field area very efficiently during power failure like at Blower House, U-Seal breaking or Sealing and in water cooling line of blast furnace

3.Previous Employer –Uttam Galva Metallics ltd Wardha Maharashtra

Company Profile: UGML had 1 X 450m3 Beris Technology (China) Blast Furnace, Erected at Bhugaon, Wardha, Maharashtra. It also had 16 Tuyeres, Bell less Top Charging Systems, Dry GCP, Stock House, SGP and Stoves (pebbles) for Blast Preheating and cast house.

Joined here as Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) & then Engineer - Blast Furnace Operations.

a.Actively involved in welding and cutting of leaked pipeline during running condition in lower stack, bosh and Belly areas including flame and pressure testing and actively involved during changing of damaged tuyeres, blow pipes, compensators and coal lances.

b.Actively worked as shift area in-charge in GCP for bag inspection and bag changing operations and knowledge about valves and their working procedures.(Ball v/v,Butter fly v/v, Goggle v/v, vent v/v explosion discs and In Stoves :-Regulating v/v,Cut off v/v.)

c.I have taken Shutdown and Restart of the Furnace including charging with shutdown burden.

d.Actively involved during furnace revival as it was chilled condition and worked for coke heaving procedure.

e.I made a formula of RAFT adjustment with COAL, STEAM and OXYGEN for automation process.

f.I made mass balance Burden Calculation in excel sheet
